OVERVIEW

Open Water is a London-based consultancy partnering with leading life sciences organisations to develop stronger teams, leaders, and cultures. They go beyond traditional training, working as true culture-change partners who help organisations grow through people-first transformation.

The Challenge

Open Water needed a digital presence that established credibility and reflected their unique positioning. The site had to build trust with senior leaders, clearly differentiate them from training providers, and create a sense of excitement around the culture-change journey. It also needed to support thought leadership, case studies, and marketing campaigns.

The Solution

We designed a website that combined clarity with inspiration, built on a flexible design system in Webflow. The design balanced professionalism with accessibility, while a scalable CMS framework for articles, videos, and whitepapers ensured ongoing engagement and credibility.
